Job summary

SOLID is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. You will own end-to-end procurement for hardware, software, licensing, and subscriptions, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth client experiences.

You’ll liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal Finance and technical teams from quote to delivery and billing. You bring 2–3 years in IT procurement, strong attention to detail, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in procurement, order processing, or sales fulfilment within IT.
• Experience in IT services, MSP, technology, or software licensing is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and clear, professional client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement from quote to delivery and invoicing.
• Source suppliers, compare pricing, and prepare clear quotes.
• Issue POs, track deliveries, and update clients and internal teams.
• Maintain procurement records including quotes, approvals, POs, invoices, and supplier docs.
• Coordinate returns, renewals, and license management with vendors.
• Support accurate, timely billing with Finance.
