Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development, Information Management or related field with interest in ERP/CRM, data analytics or IT governance.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi and basic troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of servers, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi and cabling.
• Understanding of incidents, requests, changes and documentation (ITSM).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to practical IT projects and office operations as part of the YES Internship programme.
• Learn from mentors and professionals while handling supervised tasks.
• Develop workplace-ready technical and professional skills
• Support team members with data gathering, reporting and coordination activities.
