Qualifications

• Degree in a related field with interest in ERP/CRM, Data Analytics, Software Development, Digital Transformation or IT Governance.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of servers, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi and cabling.
• Logical troubleshooting, fault identification and problem solving.
• Understanding of incidents, requests, changes, and documentation (ITSM).
• Basic cybersecurity awareness including MFA and access control.
• Ability to interpret alerts/logs and maintain infrastructure records.
