Job summary

Super Group International is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Controller to contribute to an enterprise-wide GRC framework, including policy development, control design, audit coordination, regulatory engagement, and risk management.

You will coordinate IT and information security controls, manage evidence for audits, track remediation, report on GRC health, and collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Understand the security risk landscape and document security risks.
• Coordinate and track IT and information security controls across the organisation and assist control owners to design, document and improve controls.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and organisation of control evidence for audit readiness and ensure artefacts are available and up to date.
• Produce regular reporting on control status, outstanding actions and remediation progress.
• Act as a coordination point between GRC, IT teams and business stakeholders, following up on dependencies and delays.
• Maintain GRC documentation, including control descriptions, policies and procedures, and updates to governance processes and templates.
• Identify gaps in control execution, risk tracking, or evidence management and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

We are looking for a Governance, Risk & Compliance Controller to contribute to a scalable enterprise-wide GRC framework, including policy development, control design, audit coordination, regulatory engagement, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Risk Management Support
  • Understand the security risk landscape.
  • Assist in identifying and documenting security risks.
  • Provide input into third‑party and vendor risk management where necessary.
• Control Coordination & Monitoring
  • Coordinate and track IT and information security controls across the organisation.
  • Assist control owners to design, document and improve controls.
  • Ensure control owners understand responsibilities and provide timely inputs.
  • Monitor control operation to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Evidence Management & Audit Readiness
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and organisation of control evidence.
  • Ensure evidence is accurate, complete, and centrally stored for audit readiness.
  • Support audit preparation by ensuring required artefacts are available and up to date.
• Reporting & Compliance Tracking
  • Produce regular reporting on control status, outstanding actions and remediation progress.
  • Support management reporting to provide visibility of GRC health and delivery risks.
• Stakeholder & Process Coordination
  • Act as a coordination point between GRC, IT teams and business stakeholders.

• Documentation & Process Support

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
• Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 or similar frameworks.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Exposure to GRC tooling platforms.
• Experience supporting multi‑entity or cross‑jurisdictional environments.
