Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an IT Project Office & Finance Controller in KwaZulu-Natal to lead IT budgeting, Capex/Opex planning, and governance reporting. You will ensure accurate cost allocation, act as liaison with IT vendors, and manage project financials within SAP.

The role requires SAP FI experience, a relevant finance/administration qualification, and at least 3 years in a similar function, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Finance or administration qualification is required.
• Minimum 3 years experience within the relevant function.
• SAP FI experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
• Code EB drivers' license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT budgeting, Capex and Opex planning and control.
• Prepare monthly capex/opex reports and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with IT and project vendors and invoices in SAP.
• Publish project governance dashboards for stakeholders.
