Eqplus Technologies (Pty) Ltd seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to articulate client requirements, analyze business processes, and design customer journeys and business capabilities. You will define system requirements, draft specifications, and report to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include analyzing new software technologies, data modeling, system testing, and post-implementation support.

To facilitate requirements meetings to establish detailed requirements with both the technical and business resources for assigned projects or initiatives. To also ensure the scope of work and documentation fully covers the customer’s requirements for the customer to sign it off and create proposals (as required) based on the agreed requirements.
