Placements24 is seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of irrigation systems in Klerksdorp, North West. The role focuses on efficient water use and crop hydration, coordinating schedules, troubleshooting, and implementing modern water management solutions.

You will lead operations on a farm-wide scale, stay ahead with new technologies, and manage budgets for upgrades and repairs to support productivity in the North West region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Irrigation Manager or in a similar water-management role.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation methods (drip, sprinkler, center pivot).
• Familiarity with water management and conservation techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain irrigation machinery and equipment.
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in irrigation or agricultural engineering preferred.
