Job summary

PPS Investments seeks a Validations Consultant to validate client instructions and manage processing across product streams. You will work with the operations team to meet SLAs and strengthen client/intermediary relationships.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification, at least five years in financial services administration, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel. CRM experience and regulatory awareness are advantageous for success.

Qualifications

• Relevant supporting tertiary qualification is a prerequisite.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administration environment within financial services / LISP / Asset Management environment would be an advantage.
• MS Office – intermediate level of MS Word & Excel.
• Sales Logix or another comparable CRM application is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Validation for PPS Investments LISP and Asset Management offerings.
• Processing applications for all product streams.
• Coordination of Section 14 and 37 transfers.
• Ensure intermediaries are licensed to sell our products.
• Handle inquiries from client intermediaries and broader distribution force with first time resolution.
• Maintenance of commission arrangements with intermediaries.
• Management of documentation per FICA & FAIS legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure client and intermediaries comply with regulatory requirements.
• Update client information on CRM.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to improve client experience.
• Ensure all client instructions are processed timeously and accurately.
• Follow up on pending instructions.
• Ensure clients comply with prudent investment guidelines.
• Manage work allocated to you.
• Store client documentation electronically as per policy.
• Prioritise work within standard SLAs.
• Consent notices for data processing in recruitment.
