Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd is seeking a senior Investment Reporting Manager to lead Symmetry’s investment reporting and analytics capability, ensuring accurate, timely delivery of performance, benchmarks, holdings and related data to clients and partners.

The role oversees the reporting and presentation team, collaborates with Investments, Product, Client Service, Operations, Data and Technology, and drives scalable, high-quality client-facing material.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Investments, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related field.
• CFA, CIPM or a relevant postgraduate investment qualification would be advantageous.
• 7-10 years’ relevant experience in asset management, multi-management, investment consulting, performance or investment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery and quality of investment reporting across reports, factsheets and client materials.
• Lead the reporting and presentation team and coordinate with Investments, Operations and Data teams.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of investment information to clients and partners.
• Oversee client presentations and bespoke reporting, with sign-off before external distribution.
• Drive improvements for reporting quality, automation and scalability.
