Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including sell-side and buy-side advisory.
• Develop comprehensive financial models, including valuation analyses, pro forma statements, and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare marketing materials such as pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.
• Conduct due diligence, research, and analysis on potential transactions and market trends.
• Support senior bankers in client meetings, negotiations, and transaction processes.
• Manage junior team members and ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and identify potential new business opportunities.
