Standard Bank Group is seeking a junior advisor to support the origination, structuring and execution of Advisory transactions within the Investment Banking division. You will work under supervision to understand the IB Advisory portfolio and help grow the Advisory business while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.

The role suits candidates with a First Degree in Business Commerce and 1-2 years in Advisory/Investment Banking; banking experience is advantageous and preferred for success.

Job Description

To support the origination, structuring and execution of Advisory transactions by understanding the Investment Banking (IB) Advisory product portfolio and performing activities under supervision, in order to grow the Advisory business, within defined CIB risk parameters and relevant regulatory requirements.
