M&G Investments Southern Africa is launching an Investment Analyst Graduate Programme commencing February 2027. This two-year rotational scheme offers hands-on exposure across four six-month rotations in Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset and Distribution, with real investment decisions and support for CFA qualification.
Participants will work with experienced professionals, develop technical and analytical skills, and build networks in a leading global asset manager in South Africa.
M&G Investments is seeking talented, high-performing graduates to join our Investment Analyst Graduate Programme, commencing in February 2027.
This structured two-year rotational programme is designed to provide aspiring investment professionals with direct, hands‑on exposure to investment management within a leading global asset manager. Graduates will complete four six-month rotations across key areas of the investments business, gaining broad industry exposure while developing technical, analytical and commercial skills.
Throughout the programme, participants will work alongside experienced investment professionals, contribute to real investment decisions and build a deep understanding of financial markets, portfolio construction, research and client engagement. The programme also provides support for professional development, including encouragement and assistance towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
