Standard Bank invites ambitious graduates to join the Capital Markets Graduate Programme in Johannesburg. You will rotate through Trading, Sales, Structuring and Risk Management, gaining exposure to FX, Commodities, Equities and Fixed Income while building foundational skills for your area of specialisation.

The programme targets post graduate students completing in 2026, with studies in Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science or related fields.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification completed or on track to complete in 2026.
• Fields of study include Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Applied Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics and Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth experience in Trading, Sales, Structuring and Risk Management across global financial markets.
