Job summary

The Fiduciary Recruitment Group in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Financial / Investment Advisors Assistant / Administrator to support our Financial Planning team and deliver high-quality client service.

You will handle day-to-day administration, onboarding, investment instructions, and client reporting, liaising with clients, providers and internal teams to keep processes compliant and running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Southern Suburbs.

Qualifications

• What you'll be doing: assisting financial and investment advisors with day-to-day administration.
• Preparing and processing local and offshore investment instructions.
• Onboarding clients and maintaining accurate records.
• Processing client payments and investment transactions.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, service providers and internal teams.
• Assisting with trust administration, tax documentation and client reporting.
• Maintaining compliance, organisation and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our Financial & Investment Advisors with day-to-day administration
