Job summary

Premier FMCG is seeking a Stock Controller/Administrative Specialist to oversee stock control from raw materials to finished products, ensuring timely and accurate recording in the system. Qualifications

• 2-3 years administrative experience with MS Office advanced skills.
• Experience in an FMCG environment.
• 1–3 years stock control experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the stock control processes from raw material to finished goods and the reporting thereof.
• To ensure support across functional departments within the business and assisting the warehouse team with any queries.
• To ensure accurate recording of stock in and stock out of the system at the correct pricing.
• Analysis of Conversion Cost and usage variances.
• Ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and kept in order.
• Daily investigations into variances of cycle counts.
• Value chain reconciliations coordinated at lowest possible quantity variances
• Value chain captured daily, maintained and present to relevant parties in INVOCOMS.
