Job summary

Cre8work is seeking a Stock Controller to manage stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and perform regular stock counts. You will work with procurement, warehouse, sales and ops teams to prevent variances and maintain orderly stock storage.

The role requires Grade 12, at least 2 years in stock control, and strong Excel skills. You will contribute to monthly and annual stocktakes and help optimise stock efficiency.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in stock control, inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Excel and able to work with stock management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify stock against delivery notes and system records.
• Capture all stock movements accurately in the stock control system.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient stock for operations.
• Conduct regular stock counts and full stocktakes.
• Investigate variances, losses or discrepancies and report findings.
• Ensure correct labelling, storage and organisation of stock.
