Empact Group is seeking a Stores Manager to oversee the efficient operations of our storage and inventory management. You will ensure stock integrity, optimize inventory processes, and support seamless goods flow in and out of the store.

This role focuses on warehouse and logistics functions to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate has proven experience in stores management, strong organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency with inventory software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stores management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the stores, ensuring efficient inventory control and stock management.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to facilitate timely deliveries and maintain positive relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Train and supervise store staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory status, order fulfillment, and operational performance.
• Implement best practices in store operations to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
