Job summary
Dante Personnel in Mbombela (Nelspruit) seeks a capable Stores/ Warehouse professional with solid knowledge of procurement, inventory control and stores procedures. The role requires a Grade 12 with Mathematics and a relevant Bachelor's degree, plus several years in a stores or warehouse environment.
You will handle stock movements, shipping and receiving, maintain stock integrity, and ensure safe handling of heavy objects and equipment.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 with Mathematics.
- Bachelor's degree in Purchasing and Supply Management, Logistics or related field.
- Qualification in Stores, Material Handling or Material Control advantageous.
- 3 years experience in progressive stores or warehouse environment.
- Valid Code 08 driver's license.
- Forklift operating competency advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of stores procedures and processes.
- Basic understanding of quality and process control.
- Computer literacy and experience with stock/inventory systems.
- Experience with SAP advantageous.
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving principles.
- Good understanding of safe procedures when handling heavy objects, tools, materials and equipment.
