Kabstrading Co in Pietermaritzburg is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to manage incoming stock and ensure accurate recording in our inventory system. The role involves unloading deliveries, verifying contents, inspecting for damage, and organizing stock in designated locations.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues, support stock counts, and maintain a clean, compliant receiving area.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in warehouse receiving and inventory is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance are essential.

Responsabilités

• Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
• Verify delivered items against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Inspect goods for damage, defects, or shortages and report discrepancies.
• Record received stock accurately in inventory management systems.
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
