Job summary

Kabstrading Co is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to receive and unload deliveries, verify items against orders, inspect for damage, and record stock in the inventory system.

You will label and store inventory, maintain accurate receiving records, coordinate with suppliers, assist with stock counts, and keep the receiving area clean and safe. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
• Verify delivered items against purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.
• Inspect goods for damage, defects or shortages and report discrepancies.
• Record received stock accurately in inventory management systems.
• Label, organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
