Job summary

Qualifications

• Stock control and procurement within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and basic computer skills.
• 2+ years stores/stock control/procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store manufactured stock in warehouse and update system.
• Update all relevant systems.
• Create Purchase orders.
• Ensure requisitions are aligned with policy and procedures.
• Do weekly cycle counts of manufactured stock to establish stock variances and support the monthly report.
• Support placing of orders for packaging and ingredients timeously.
• Monitor delivery dates with suppliers.
• Compile reports for management.
• Provide support for monthly stock take.
