Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is seeking a Perpetual Inventory Controller for Heidedal to perform daily stock counts, verify stock on hand, and investigate discrepancies. You will report variances, assist with stock-takes, and ensure accurate PIC documentation.

The role requires willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The ideal candidate has a Grade 12, basic computer skills, and strong numeracy, with English and local language communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 and 1 year work related experience or 2 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical area where the position is available.
• Must be literate.
• Must have strong numeric skills.
• Must be accurate and able to work under pressure.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perpetual Inventory Counts: Count stock daily according to the PIC Count Cycle.
• Investigate all variances and report results to the Store Manager.
• Investigate and rectify negative stock quantities after approval from the Store Manager.
• Identify and report on damaged stock to the Store Manager.
• Conduct Mini Stock-takes as instructed by Management.
• Assist with stock-take preparations and report areas of concern.
• Report variances and irregularities to Store Management as required."
• Ensure all PIC documents are completed and filed daily.
