Job summary

Cashbuild Limited in Mokopane is seeking a Perpetual Inventory Controller to perform physical cycle counts, verify stock on hand, and investigate discrepancies. The candidate should have Grade 12, 1 year related experience (or 2 years), strong numerical skills, basic computer literacy, and be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 and 1 year work related experience or 2 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the area.
• Must be literate and have strong numeric skills.
• Must be accurate and able to work under pressure.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perpetual Inventory Counts: Count stock daily according to the PIC Count Cycle and report variances.
• Reporting: Report variances and irregularities to Store/Divisional Manager.
• PIC Adjustments: Ensure adjustments are actioned and verified for accuracy.
• Filing and Administration: Complete PIC documents and file daily.
• Ready for Business: Adhere to Cashbuild standards and procedures.
• Customer Service: Assist customers and maintain dress code.
• Safety (OHSA) Requirements: Ensure safety compliance within area of responsibility.
