Job summary

Danone Southern Africa seeks an Inventory Control Manager to own end-to-end inventory governance, ensuring accuracy of stock records, movement postings in SAP, and real-time control across R&P and FG within factory, warehouse, and third-party logistics networks.

The role requires leadership experience (minimum 3 years in leadership), advanced SAP knowledge, and strong analytical and Excel skills to drive stock accuracy, reduce variances, and ensure financial controls across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in inventory control or related area, with 3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory governance, ensuring accurate stock records and SAP postings at movement points.
• Ensure rapid detection and correction of breaks between physical stock, SAP, and third-party records.
• Lead inventory control improvements, drive control of R&P and FG, and optimize stock accuracy and timeliness.
