Job summary

Instacom - Instant Communication Solutions (PTY) Ltd is seeking a Senior Stock Accountant to take ownership of inventory accounting, stock control governance, and financial reporting across our business. You will ensure the accuracy, valuation, reconciliation, and integrity of inventory while partnering with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting or equivalent financial qualification.
• Professional accounting designation (SAIPA, SAICA, CIMA, ACCA or similar) advantageous.
• 5–10 years' experience in a stock accounting, inventory accounting, cost accounting, or similar role.
• Strong experience with inventory reconciliations, stock valuation, and inventory reporting.
• Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with imports, landed costs, customs duties, and HS codes will be advantageous.
• Experience in multi-branch or multi-site environments.
• Acumatica experience will be advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Take ownership of inventory accounting, stock control governance, and financial reporting across the business.
• Ensure accuracy, valuation, reconciliation, and integrity of inventory.
• Partner closely with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Drive effective controls, stock accuracy, and compliance across multiple locations.
