Job summary

Spane4all in Centurion, South Africa is seeking a technically adept professional to support internal tools and platforms. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Enablement and Operations to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.

You will document guides, troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement in evolving environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3-year degree or diploma in IT, CS, engineering or BIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with software platforms, tools or systems.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• South African citizen.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Portal UX Leader and act as a trusted technical partner.
• Understand business and technical requirements; propose suitable solutions.
• Support configuration, implementation and optimisation of internal tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear guidance and solutions.
• Create and maintain internal documentation, guides and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Enablement and Operations.
• Identify gaps or recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Stay up to date with training on new products, software, hardware and processes.
• Proactively help across teams to deliver value.
