Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ sales experience within the steel and/or fluid control industry.
• Strong product knowledge in pumps, irrigation, fittings, valves, pipes, and flanges.
• Experience working on Syspro is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and convert enquiries into sales.
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and relationships.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes via phone and email.
• Capture and process sales orders on Syspro.
• Source stock from approved suppliers.
