Job summary

Rosebank International is seeking a marketing professional to drive the student recruitment process through school presentations, interviews and proactive outreach to prospective students. You will manage stakeholder relationships, maintain databases and coordinate marketing events.

The role requires a Diploma NQF Level 6 in Marketing/PR/Hospitality/Tourism or Events Management or equivalent and may benefit from prior events coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or similar in Marketing/PR/Hospitality/Tourism/Events Management is required.
• Events coordinator experience would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the South African higher education system and regulatory environment is desirable.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to cope with change and work under pressure.
• Deadline-oriented and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Building to raise awareness of Rosebank College with Stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with Guidance teachers at the Priority Schools.
• Database Management.
• Coordinating Marketing events.
• Follow up on prospective Students (Call Students to apply or Register).
• Respond to all emails and telephonic queries.
• Manage stock of all marketing material.
