REGENT Business School is looking for an energetic, highly organised and results-driven Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution and evaluation of institutional events and activations that strengthen our brand, engage key stakeholders and contribute to student recruitment and business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities
The Events Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating events, including open days, school activations, expos, roadshows, corporate engagements, alumni events, programme launches, webinars and stakeholder events.
- Developing event plans, timelines, budgets and execution schedules.
- Coordinating venues, suppliers, catering, branding, equipment, technology and promotional material.
- Managing on-site and virtual event logistics to ensure professional and seamless delivery.
- Coordinating guest lists, registrations, speakers, presentations, audio-visual requirements and event flow.
- Working closely with Marketing, Design, Digital and Enrolment teams to promote events.
- Ensuring events consistently reflect REGENT Business School’s brand identity and professional standards.
- Supporting lead generation and ensuring event leads are effectively captured for follow-up.
- Building relationships with schools, corporates, alumni, professional bodies and other external stakeholders.
- Monitoring event attendance, engagement and overall stakeholder experience.
- Preparing post-event reports covering attendance, leads generated, budget performance, outcomes and recommendations.
- Maintaining the institutional events calendar and event performance tracker.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Events Management, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- A Project Management or Events Management certification would be advantageous.
Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in events coordination, marketing activations, public relations or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience within the higher education sector would be advantageous.
- Experience coordinating both physical and virtual events is preferred.
