Job summary

Time Personnel is seeking a Sales & Specifications Representative in Germiston to turn relationships into business. You will engage with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and developers, driving product specifications in projects and tenders.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong interior design knowledge, and the ability to identify opportunities, influence specifications, and convert them into sales. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification is required.
• Proven track record in business development and/or sales.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, finishes, materials, furniture, or related products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitality and corporate sectors.
• Regularly call on hotels, lodges, restaurants, offices, corporate companies, and other commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct client visits and site assessments to understand project requirements.
• Present interior design concepts, products, finishes, and solutions to clients.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their aesthetic, functional, and budget requirements.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and potential projects to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to identify additional sales opportunities.
