Hi-Tech Recruitment is partnering with a premier design firm in Cape Town to hire an Interior Architect for luxury residential projects.

You will translate ideas into precise technical drawings using Revit (essential) and support the team with detailed documentation.

Formación

• BTech in Interior Architecture is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in high-end residential projects.
• Proficiency in technical drawings and detailing.
• Excellent admin and written/verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with design team to create luxury interior spaces.
• Translate ideas into precise technical drawings using Revit (essential).
• Support the team with detailed documentation and technical detailing.
• Leverage SketchUp, Twin Motion and AutoCAD to enhance project visualization.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Attend site meetings and understand client vision and requirements.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with their design team to create captivating interior spaces that exceed client expectations.
• Translate conceptual ideas into detailed technical drawings using Revit (proficiency in Revit is essential).
• Leverage your knowledge of Sketchup, Twin Motion, and AutoCAD to enhance project visualization (advantageous).
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Immerse yourself in architectural trends, staying ahead of the curve to deliver innovative designs.
• Attend site meetings, liaising with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Uphold their commitment to design excellence by meticulously addressing every detail (non-negotiable).

Qualifications:

• BTech – Interior Architecture (minimum requirement).
• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in High-end Residential.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
• Proficiency in technical drawings and detailing.
• Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
