The role requires 3–5 years post-qualification experience, a B.Tech in Interior Architecture/Design, and strong Revit skills with solid detailing and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience.
• B.Tech in Interior Architecture/Design or equivalent.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from concept to site.
• Revit proficiency is essential.
• Strong technical drawing, detailing and documentation.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials and finishes.
• Organised with project coordination and admin skills.
• Interest in AI and digital tools is a bonus.
• Own transport.

Our client is looking for midweight interior architect/designer to join their team in Cape Town to service clients in the high end residential and hospitality industry taking projects from concept right through to site.

Requirements

• Around 3 to 5 years post qualification
• B.Tech in Interior Architecture/Design or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Worked across the full project lifecycle, concept through documentation, procurement and implementation
• Revit proficient essential
• Solid technical drawing, detailing and documentation
• A good grip on construction methodology, buildability, materials and finishes
• Organised, with decent project coordination and admin skills
• An interest in AI and the newer digital tools would be a bonus, it is something we are actively rolling out here
• Own Transport
