Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in intake or healthcare coordination
• Strong phone presence, friendly, confident and conversational
• Ability to build trust quickly with parents
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Tech savvy with CRM systems and Google tools, reliable internet and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads within 5–10 minutes via calls, texts, and emails
• Speak with parents to understand concerns and needs
• Explain services and guide families through next steps (screenings, evaluations)
• Schedule appointments on internal calendars and update CRM notes
• Maintain a warm, professional tone in all interactions
