Job summary

HR Genie is seeking a capable Insurance Administrative Assistant in Cradock, Eastern Cape. You will handle all administrative tasks, claims and underwriting inquiries, and support crop insurance administration for clients and insurers.

The role requires Grade 12, FAIS accreditation (RE5) or completion within 6 months, a valid driving license, and strong Afrikaans/English communication, numeracy, and confidentiality. You will work under pressure maintaining accuracy and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• FAIS Accreditation with RE5 or must be completed within 6 months.
• CoB certification required.
• Previous experience in an insurance environment.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Service and liaison with Insurers and Clients.
• Assist with handling underwriting and claims.
• Assist with handling of crop insurance.
• Maintenance of insurance policies.
