Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate is a typical, highly driven salesperson who proactively closes deals and generates leads. You will have a wide network of contacts to source referrals and new customers. You are extroverted, people‑savvy, and able to read why customers buy insurance. You prefer an active, field‑based role over desk work and operate as a consultative salesperson. You are comfortable handling admin in order to ensure deals close.

Basic : R 10 000 per month
On Target Earnings : R 28 000 per month
Maximum Earnings : No salary cap (Top earners make up to R 80 000 in a good month)

30 FAIS Credits NON NEGOTIABLE. 2 years of prior external sales experience in the short‑term insurance industry. Preference given to candidates who have generated their own leads through cold calling, networking, and other means. The traits of a natural born salesperson are important.
