You are extroverted, people‑savvy, and able to read why customers buy insurance. You prefer an active, field‑based role over desk work and operate as a consultative salesperson. You are comfortable handling admin in order to ensure deals close.

Reports to : Sales Manager

Location : Johannesburg + Greater Gauteng

Own Vehicle : Required + Valid License

Salary :

Basic : R 10 000 per month

On Target Earnings : R 28 000 per month

Maximum Earnings : No salary cap (Top earners make up to R 80 000 in a good month)

Type : Permanent

Experience and Qualifications

30 FAIS Credits NON NEGOTIABLE. 2 years of prior external sales experience in the short‑term insurance industry. Preference given to candidates who have generated their own leads through cold calling, networking, and other means. The traits of a natural born salesperson are important. Own network of middle to upper‑income individuals is non‑negotiable.
