Placements24 is seeking an experienced Insurance Risk Manager to join our client in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks, develop ERM frameworks, and drive resilience across the organization.

You will lead risk reporting to senior management, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal audit to foster a strong risk culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, with a significant focus on the insurance industry.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment methodologies, quantitative analysis, and risk modeling.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• FRM, PRM, or CRM certifications are highly desirable.
