Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Risk Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk analysis, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software packages).
• Excellent understanding of insurance principles and commercial lines of business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in an office-based setting in Stellenbosch.
• Familiarity with South African insurance regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities
