Placements24 seeks an innovative Insurance Product Manager to lead the development and management of the insurance product portfolio in Port Elizabeth. You will define product strategy, roadmaps, and feature definitions, working with underwriting, sales, marketing and IT teams in a hybrid model that blends remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.

The role focuses on market-driven product opportunities, lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for insurance products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee product development from concept to launch.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including post-launch optimization and performance tracking.
