PPS is seeking a seasoned insurance sales professional to operate in a driven environment, managing and growing a portfolio of Personal and Commercial Lines through intermediaries. You will build strong relationships with partners and clients while meeting profitability targets.

The role requires FAIS compliance, RE5, matric, and at least 5 years in Personal and Commercial Lines sales, with 10+ years preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Matric is required and insurance-related qualifications with up-to-date CPD.
• FAIS compliance with 60 credits Commercial Lines and 30 credits Personal Lines.
• RE 5 and a valid driver's license.
• At least 5 years Personal Lines and Commercial Lines experience in a sales environment; 10+ years preferred.

Aufgaben

• To manage and grow a portfolio of business through analysis, interpretation and decision-making while building effective relationships with business partners both internally and externally.
• Detailed weekly activity reporting
• Have regular meetings with intermediaries to drive growth, provide portfolio feedback and attend to possible concerns.
• To represent and promote PPS through marketing activities to intermediaries and clients.
• Invite intermediaries to forums and information sessions to strengthen your relationship (including assisting with hosting and presenting at events).
• To operate and excel in a niche target market environment.
