Job summary

PPS External Distribution seeks a service-driven Business Consultant to grow a base of Life Assurance Intermediaries in Cape Town. You will support and service advisers, prepare quotes and benefits statements, and maintain strong relationships within established guidelines.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the role emphasizes customer focus, timely communication, and alignment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) in all activities.

Qualifications

• Matric and a three year or higher bachelor’s degree or national diploma are required.
• NQF5 Wealth Management or RFP3 would be advantageous.
• At least 2 years’ experience in financial services or Life Assurance sales/service.

Responsibilities

• Support and service intermediaries in their sales efforts by preparing quotes and benefits statements.
• Constant communication and feedback to advisers relating to intermediaries operations.
• Plan, organise and control liaisons with intermediaries and their managers.
• Ensure continuous improvement of service standards to clients.
• Align to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) in all business practices.
