Placements24 in Gauteng is seeking a meticulous Insurance Claims Assessor to join our client’s team in Tembisa. You will investigate, evaluate, and settle claims with integrity and empathy for policyholders, ensuring fair outcomes and adherence to policy terms.

You will negotiate settlements, document activities in the claims system, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting customers through challenging times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims handling or assessment.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies, legal principles, and claims investigation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with claims management software and standard office applications.
• A driver's license and willingness to conduct site inspections as required.

Responsibilities
