Job summary

WNS South Africa is seeking senior Associates for a high-performance campaign in Claremont. You will deliver a first-class service experience in a busy contact center, handling customer queries with professionalism and a focus on resolving issues and maintaining loyalty.

Essentially you must have Matric and solid English, with 6+ months in a call center. A tertiary qualification is preferred, especially in administration, finance or engineering. UK insurance client exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Essential: Matric/Grade 12 with English 50% and Maths/Maths Literacy 40%.
• Preferred: Tertiary qualification in business or related field.
• 6+ months experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to clients in a contact center.
• Respond to customer queries, solve problems and drive loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of products, underwriting rules, and policy handling.
• Adhere to FCA/TCF guidelines and operate within company processes.
