Qualifications

• 15 years post graduate experience in analytical chemistry, including ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and AAS.
• Experience management of a section.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory resources and ensure operational infrastructure.
• Ensure quality standards in the Geochem department.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve queries.
• Plan resources for major projects in accountability areas.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operating team.
• Ensure compliance with all quality and safety requirements.
