Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a BSc or National Diploma in Chemistry and at least 7 years’ experience in a commercial lab environment. Qualifications

• Business qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a commercial laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations and infrastructure at Geochem facility.
• Ensure production and quality objectives are met.
• Manage laboratory resources effectively.
• Address customer complaints systematically.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols.
• Lead, coach, and develop the laboratory team.
