Greenhills Shades in South Africa is seeking a reliable Driver / Installation Foreman to transport staff and materials to various job sites, supervise an installation team, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a valid SA driver's license, prior supervisory experience, strong technical and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently and manage stock, tools, and site measurements.

Qualifications

• Valid South African driver’s license.
• Experience supervising or foreman roles.
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience in construction, steel fabrication, or structural installations is advantageous.
• A clean driving record with references and a strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Transport staff, tools and materials.
• Lead and supervise an installation team.
• Oversee construction and steel fabrication installations.
• Take site measurements and manage installation variations.
• Purchase materials and manage stock.
• Maintain the company vehicle, tools and equipment.
