Placements24 is seeking a Senior Electrical Foreman to lead teams on major construction and infrastructure projects in Randburg. The role demands hands-on supervision, ensuring safe, compliant and timely electrical installations according to project specs.

Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years in electrical installation and construction, with 3+ years in foreman roles, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret complex drawings while coordinating with project managers and other trades.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with relevant trade certification (NQF 3/4 or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years in electrical installation and construction, incl. 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience leading teams on complex projects and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct electricians and apprentices on construction projects.
• Interpret blueprints and electrical designs to plan installation tasks.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and building codes.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment; ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors and other trades.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain a safe on-site environment.
