Qualifications

• Ph.D. in History from a recognised university.

• Experience teaching at university level and developing curricula.
• Expertise in a specific field of History (e.g., African, European, Ancient).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and seminars in History across undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Develop and update course curricula reflecting current scholarship.
• Conduct original research and publish findings in journals and books.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate theses and dissertations.
• Engage in department meetings and university service.
• Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
