Your areas of responsibility:

• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers within the Industrial & Specialty division through telephonic engagement and project execution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive telesales and digital outreach.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts that can be effectively serviced remotely.
• Executed targeted campaigns in the industrial & specialty segment.
• Qualify leads and convert them into active customers on the CRM system.
• Support the rollout of strategic Industrial & Specialty sales initiatives cross‑selling projects.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• National Senior Certificate required.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce will be advantageous.
• Minimum 2‑3 years' experience in a Sales, telesales or Customer Service role.
