Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Inside Sales Development Representative, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role involves thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining

Qualifications

• Two years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers with quotas welcome.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

What You Will Own
