As Inside Sales Development Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

What You Will Own

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.

• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.

What You Bring

• B2B sales experience preferred. Full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
